In my weekly moment of stupid, I thought for some bizarre reason that I could start The Host and NOT finish it all in one sitting. 4:30 coming twice on my clock today wasn't in the plans, but it sure did happen.

Is there anyone else (reading this, lol) who wonders what Bones/Bones would be like? Aka McCoy/Brennan?
I'm thinking a little like McCoy/Spock, but with more medical terminology and possibly even more disapproval over McCoy's swearing propensities.

Holy crap have I got the most incredible students.
They reached into my heart, that's the only description, and found the exact gifts that I had most wanted. They made me a shirt, guys! Srsly, a full minute of hand-wavey, stupid-grinny squee that probably irritated the piss outta the people behind me...unless they, too, were having glee-n-squee moments because they'd been initiated into the cult of Pegging.
