My Period

I haven't had a period in over 7 months and although it was nice not having it, I still had the symptoms of getting it but just didn't get it.. until today.. for the first time in 7 monthhs. I went through it because it was medically induced on me (aren't you young for it naturally?) and I can remember describing it as being able to feel every pore on my body open simultaneously and having sweat pour out ... having to get up and change the sheets 2-3 times a night is something I'm glad is a thing of the past now.

I couldn't do anything about it because of the meds & interactions, but I understand a large upswing in your soy consumption will help tremendously. (I can't have any soy at all).

I am a little young to go through it, but I didn't have any children and had my tubes tied at 31, so they are two things that may have prematurely brought it on, or so the doctors tell me.
