I am thinking of closing my ´LJ account, I don't use it very often and my friends I keep in touch with don't use theirs very often.. Just not sure yet, but don't be surprised if it is gone soon!

Yesterday Michael and I walked 4.5 miles to and from the grocery store... thankfully it was a beautiful day and the plastic bags they have over here are phenomenal as they don't often rip and tear , they last for that 2 mile walk home...

Spring is  on it's way to Sweden. Each day the sun is up just a little bit longer (last night it set at 6pm) and rising earlier as well.. (it was bright and sunny at 7am today!).. the birds are out.. the jackdaws, the mockingbirds, the little sparrows, everywhere..building nests eating the long forgotten food that we had hung up on the bird feeder ( Read more... )

You know the one,.. they are at every meeting, every rehersal, every class every whatever.. that one person that has to derail the conversation, the lecture the meeting minutes with something irrelevant and completely off topic.. yeah.. I have 3 of them in my class..

I had a dream about my Mom and Dad last night. I came home and walked into the kitchen and noticed that their wood floor had been stripped down and the kitchen tiles were showing through.. Level B class is very difficult. Again I feel like there is cotton in my head and by the end of class I have one whopper of a headache. I feel like I am in way over my head. I passed!! With a 92% and move to group B tomorrow.. on Tuesdays and Thursdays I have the opportunity to stay longer and be in a small group to work on my speaking skills.. now I am really at a loss as to what to do.

Today I took the first part of the Level B exam.. it contained 3 separate parts and took me nearly 2 hours to complete.. tomorrow I got back at 9:30am and do a conversational part.. yikes! But I am fairly confident with the first part as I only messed up on 5 or so questions out of  the 3 separate tests. One  more to go.. I can do this!!

This past snowstorm that wreaked havoc across much of the US has made the news in Sweden.. I feel sorry for all of you , especially the people in Chicago who experienced one of the worst blizzards in over 50 years!

I have been scheduled by my teacher to take the level B test on Tuesday Feburary  8th.. so far I know it will include, colors, time , body parts, pronouns, prepositions, reading out loud, having a conversation, and alot of writing. I am ready for the writing part and the subjects I need to study and reading aloud, having a conversation.. not so.. I ( Read more... )
