WOW! Again, absolutely amazing job! I love how the girls started out their day, with Emma sketching Jenny(and just judging later on by Jenny's reaction, I can tell that Emma puts every ounce of love into her sketches of her girlfriend). Oh and Claudia just gets more and more adorable with every story you write! And Ben...who knew he could be such a softie!?! Loved this story, SO much! And I really hope that you continue to write more...please?

Thank you :) This story kept growing when I was writing it out (on paper…it ended up being a lot of papers..) and you can’t ever be sure that you’ve done justice to the mesh of people and stories and moments that you envisioned in your mind. Thanks for the wonderful support. :)

Do you know how much you really amaze me with your stories???? It's not just the immense tenderness and love you manage to convey in the simplest of interactions. Be it between Jenny and Emma, or Claudia and the girls, or with Ben ans the little one. It's that you manage to combine what for most would be 3 or 4 different stories into one. And the one story isn't even a story but just life. The life we would have liked to have seen played out, but now can 'imagine' with your wonderful words.

As always...thanks for the smile on my face to not only end my week, but start the next. :)

It’s the most wonderful compliment to see that I’ve managed to convey simple, everyday life. I guess for some that wouldn’t be a glamorous kind of achievement, but that’s where everything is for me, just people you love being their usual, quirky, silly, lovely selves. Thank you so much for the sweet words. :)

Did I ever mention how much I love Sundays? Who cares that it marks the end of the weekend. Pfft! I, get to read another beautifully written story by you, Owlll...lish, Owlish. Can I use that as a nickname? (You can say no, btw.) This one is just as sweet as the others. The conversation at the start, beautiful. Emma always knows what to say to reassure Jenny because she speaks from the heart and means every word. How adorable is Claudia? Very! Her wanting to draw for the people she cares about is so what a child would do. I have a folder full of drawings given to me by all my cousins when they were much younger and it reminded me of that. So sweet. I love how she's so connected to Jenny and Ben. Emma's reaction when she realized Ben heard what Jenny said to her in the bedroom was perfect. Lol. And Jenny's response to seeing Emma's sketch was such a wonderful moment. Thank you again for another amazing story! -AB Ps. Did you mention cookies? Are they chocolate chip? I love chocolate chip. :) And, I'm just grateful that you share your ( ... )

Did I mention cookies? I probably did. I’m always mentioning cookies. Like oatmeal peanut butter chocolate chip ones. Those are good. Did I say good? I meant fantastic. I’ve had way too many of them today…for…breakfast…but we’re getting off topic. Not that cookies could ever be off topic.

Moving on.

Owlish works. It’s like stylish, only of the cookie-baking, (occasionally) story-writing, book-reading variety. I like it. I’ll have to think of a good nickname for you too, but at the moment the only thing that comes to mind is that your initials are my blood type. This lack of creativity is probably due to cookie consumption, but still, that’s pretty snazzy. High five.

You be sure to stay awesome too, otherwise I’ll be doing all the work around here. ;)

You make me smile with these the stories! One of my favorite bits is "Emma turned to look at her, she had that look in her eyes, like they had a secret too good to keep hidden."...this is by far such a sweet sentence!!!! The whole sketching thing is just so detailed and beautiful to read, you always seem to out-so yourself with each addition! I hope to read more :)

I love it when eyes light up like that, like there’s no other way possible to express unfiltered joy. Those are always good moments. Thanks for being so kind. :)

Something about your writing is just really, I don't quite know how to explain it. It's just so very soothing and heartwarming to read . Really beautiful story.
