Oh mymymy, I'm late again - I seem to develop some kind of a bad habit there, I'm afraid. BUT...no matter how late I am, I'm never late reading your new stories because I check your site every Monday evening when I return home from work and hope every single time that there's a new update waiting for me! This one was brilliant again, I loved the warmth of it, and the way Emma's always there for her, caring without being too pushy.

So, guess what....I'm already looking forward to the next installment, and as it's Sunday tomorrow....you know......

;-) Have a nice week!!

I know you said you don’t really like animals, but you and a certain white rabbit have something serious in common. Jacket. Pocket watch. The occasional bow tie. Always still running late for some reason. That’s okay though. I’m glad you liked the story. And you lucked out, there’s a new one. Enjoy it :)

. Jenny had been quiet throughout the evening, unsure of what to say, and afraid that if she’d start talking, then everything would simply spill out in some incoherent, raw mess.
[...]Those heavy, heaving, crushing sobs waited behind her ribs, ready to strike. She reached up every minute or so to dry another touch of wetness that had slipped from her eyes, unable to call them tears, in case it opened up an entire dam.

She knew that Emma saw her do it, and a warm feeling of gratitude coursed through her veins that she hadn’t said anything

In this scene, in the silence of tears not cried , it seems to me to see the essence of this tale. And its great beauty . Yes, just right in this moment of deep sadness. But sadness that a tender love can help.

Thanks .
It is poetry

I don’t really know what to say. Thank you. Your comment makes me think I’ve done this right, and that’s a pretty great feeling. :)
