interesting stuff going on in our church. =) the building, I mean.
in the 20s, the entire vault of the crypt was painted by an artist, but about a decade later, the nazis considered the paintings "entartete kunst" (degenerate art, also see here) and everything was painted over with plain white paint and remained like that for the next 70 years. a ( Read more... ) -
