oh my gosh i am such a good predicter! i swear when i just commented back to you on my lj that i thought youd be jasmine i hadnt looked at my friends page yet. i am soooo incredible! haha. i love you.

haha yeah and thanks for reminding me about the whole november birthday thing... eek! haha its okay, i dont mind.

im so proud of you and your speech! i wish i had been there to see youu!
also, dont worry about the whole articulating thing. i do that all the time--after speeches or presentations in class, i realize how i could have made my point so much more clear, and ohhh my gosh! if only i had said that! and etc etc. lots of people have these same sorts of feelings. im sure you will get more articulate with the more practice you get.

okay i love you! byebye

I LOOOOVE YOUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!! Sorry about the birthday thing, haha.

You are so right about the articulation thing.

And yes, I realize that the Disney princess was allll based on hair color, which sort of sucks but I still like to think that perhaps I have a bit of Jasmine in me, as I'm sure all girls do. haha :)

I can see why your mother thinks you could be a great lawyer. Whether you realize it or not you are already becoming quite articulate. Remember that this is a lifelong journey of becoming. And at the age of 17, we are just barely beginning the journey.
If you go to a good college (and the schools you are looking at are quite good) that will help you significantly with thinking on your feet and expressing your views articulately. Then there is the 3 year journey of Law School. My friends who survived law school tell me that the first year is like boot camp for a Marine. If you can survive that you can definitely be a lawyer. One of my best friends from High School's wife is going to graduate from law school next month and she has come a long way. That's what the journey is all about. So don't stress about this at 17 ok?

Haha yes, I will not stress out about it at 17. I'm not really stressing, just... wishfully thinking about it. I don't know if it's what I want yet, but it is definitely an option I will explore in college. I'm looking forward to this journey of becoming. :)
