at my party on saturday, one of the girls in my program told us all how she was called into the principal's office at one of her schools where she was reprimanded for not been a boisterous, outgoing american and was told to pick it up a notch...stop being so ladylike. wtf?! we're not all boisterous and happy. she's perfectly nice and friendly.
