I know what you mean sweetheart...I get like that where EVERY SINGLE THING feels so fucking horrible like it's all going down at one point. It sucks. Heh, the whole zoloft thing has been helping me...but friends and taking ur mind off shitty things and stuff like that always helps, too. =]
