For months I've been deliberately harming myself. Only two other people are aware of this and I know I worry them. But the thing is, I intend to keep going. It's not a precurssor to suicide or anything. It's just something I do.
Sorry to confess this. That is, if an anonymous confession is a confession at all.

I'm an impulsive liar when I'm actually speaking. I don't mean to. I just do. And I more often than not end up believing myself, so I don't know what's true or not.
