About a week ago, a ex coworker of mine had a garage sale and was selling some Craftmans tools for cheep. I know he had some so I didnt think much of it. So I gave him $40 for the hole set and I guess it was about 300 worth of tools so everything is good!...untill I told my boss.

Turns out that I bought my bosses stolen tools.

Damn, that sucks! On the other hand your boss can have him arrested now. And you can sue for your 40 back, plus damages if you want. Hell you can have him arrested probably.

Oh yeah, and talk about stupid.... Selling stolen tools to the employee of the guy you stole them from? Sheesh...

Screw your boss giving you any money back, he should help you go extract the $40 from the theif!
