Got a minor promotion at work. Seems that teaching that many classes for that many months means I get a new title. Just in time too since the freaking rent payments are killing me. Seriously... SERIOUSLY WTF. Have we sued the son of a bitch that did this to us yet?

Nothing like waking up to a screeching roommate. Who the hell does this landlord think he is raising the fucking rent without any notice?
