I'm lost, caught in a maze with nothing but failure ahead of me, with no way out. 4 years since we last spoke, and tonight that was broken. Words can't begin to explain how I feel about her. So the band hasn't practice, together that is, since our last show, Monday the 18th just to be correct. I haven't even spoke to the guys since then until this morning when Miguel called. Just got back from the Studio packing all the shit for the show tomorrow and I am only getting sicker. I have completely lost my voice now and am feeling like shit. Going to do Ch. 12 notes for the Quiz tomorrow then I will hit the sack. Night

Got my triplets, single hand (6/8 R R R L L L) going at 140 bpm. Been working on it all day so far and yesterday as well. We'll see how high I can get it at by tonight. I am excited that I managed to get to 140 steady, lets see if I can manage to get it to 160 by tonight. Shall let ya know
