Today I went to therapy, I am starting to see that a lot of people have similar issues as I do. However, they do not have the same problems I do. Listening to them, is kind of funny since I thought I was the only one that had these problems. Today is the first step towards a good thing.

Ok, so it's superbowl sunday and I woke up late. The wife decided to goto church and I decided to workout and relax. I did the core secrets fundamentals workout, drank a coke and sat around. Gee how unproductive can I be. I had a chicken patty, and 2 steak-ums. The wife just went to DQ to get something to eat. I think I need fast and start my diet

Ok, so I've been having pain in my hands and feet for a few months now, so I figured I would ask the doctor about it. He did a few tests and decided that I should get a nerve conduction test. So today I went and installed a new Cisco router at a branch just down the road from my normal office. Which I have just moved into. It was an old directors cube, so I just kinda stuck my stake in the ground and this is where I am going to try and stay. The router install went well, it's a 2811 with a drop and insert card in it. I went and got a massage last night, it was AMAZING. The girl what Thai and she was really good. Nothing sexual, just a great massage. I had knots in both of my shoulders and she worked the hell out of them. I felt great when I woke up this morning. It was $60.00 but well worth it. I got a card so that every 10th massage is free. Went to the doctor today, he gave me something to help with anxiety, I think it's called zanex. Other than that, I feel entirely out of shape, I think I may talk to the wife about getting a bowflex machine for the house. I need to work out, I joined the YMCA in Green so now it's time to start getting my money's worth. I will take measurements and post them here later.

I just got back from hunting, it was fun. This week was gun week, Gary and I went to the farm and had fun. It was nice to just get away from everything and just relax. Well, my sleep studies are over. I can go back on my BiPAP machine again.

Today I screwed things up at work, caused about a 25 minute outage. Oh well, if all else fails, I do have another job I can fall back on...
