So just beat the game Dragonage - don't worry no spoilers - if you haven't played this game - do so - it is awesome

tomorrow will try playing a different character to see how i can do some things different. If I can fight the Bear for time on the Xbox :)

Started back to work today
was long
am tired
oh and a LOT of people quit/retired/etc while i was out so it is wierd - some am glad to see gone and some i will miss.

Fell asleep on train ride home but didnt miss my stop cause i woke up 3 stops or so from home.

On the way back home from Pt today I leaned over to a well dressed woman across from me and the conversation went like this:

Me: Those boots are kick ass
her: Thanks - I am a lesbian save your time
Me: Yeah I am Gay - just love those boots
her: *chuckles

and I went back to my iPod.

So I am in Physical therapy right
and as usual they give exercises to do at home

So why is it the cats assume they need to help me with said exercises...

Surgery went well.
They found that the damaged area was much larger than they had previously thought but they were able to do the procedure anyway.
Even with the pain of the surgery the pain level is less currently than what I dealt with on a normal day.I go back for follow up in 2 weeks.

wel the surgery date has been set - Sept 14th I will be going for the discectomy on the L4-5 disk .. had the choice of 2 dates the sept 14th or mid November and I just want it done and over with . they compared the MRI from last weekend to the one from 15 months ago and there is little to no change - the herniation is not healing.

day started off great - I bought a Coke from the vending machine and got

1) a dasani water

2) a canada dry ginger ale

AND

3) the coke I asked for.

Dont know what gremlins have been in that machine but I scored.
