Target at the Quarry (Johnson St/New Brighton Blvd and 35W) has Costco Alpha Omega Elite car seats (5 to 100 lbs) on clearance for $40.00 (regularly $160). I'm guessing most of the Targets have this as well, usually clearance is at all stores. They also had an Eddie Bauer and a Graco (I think) on severe clearance.
