I think the non-sexual aspect of their relationship is what makes Donna my favorite companion. There's no sexual tension, no unrequited love, just this fantastic friendship that makes them so wonderful to watch together. It also puts Donna in the unique position of being able to point out the Doctor's mistakes and flaws because she loves him but isn't in love with him. Donna Noble rocks!

It was a tough choice for me between Amy and Donna, but I chose Amy for mine because Donna fits a really good spot later on in the meme.
