Have you guys seen anything for the Sin City movie?? It's actually looking rather fucking tight!!!! Ohhh, I really, REALLY hope Frank Miller's gonna be at SPX, cuz holy bejeezus, I will PEE myself if I see him again!! And apparently he's directing it, along with Robert Rodriguez, aaaand it's being shot against a green screen with Frank Miller

I read about it today on Newsarama. Apparently Tarantino is going to direct a scene or two in the movie, too. It's all going to redefine "literal translation", too. Sounds awesome.

Dude, I was totally there when Robert Rodriguez, Frank Miller, Rosario Dawson, Jessica Alba, and Jamie King talked about it, showed the demo reel, and displayed the posters. In fact, I've got a buncha' Marv posters for the Sin City movie sittin' in my room right now. If you want, I'll bring some to Otakon for ya', heh.

Dude, I actually got to see what it looks like. Paige, you will NOT be dissapointed. Trust me. It's amazing. The movie is shot the way the posters look. That's the way they look in the movie. It's in black and white and only certain parts of it are in color. The movie is shot the way Frank Miller inked it.

Frank was pretty psyched about it in the few minutes we spoke at MoCCA. And is it just me, or is Frank himself starting to look more and more like one of his own characters? I can totally see him perched on a stool next to Marv.
