well....im doing field hockey conditioning and i have to get up at 6 on M/T/W's ! and guess what i do ! i RUN......A LOT! we run like a 1-2 miles add in sprints and sometimes a small game. i havent run since softball for school and even then i didnt have to run that much! So my legs REALLY HURT! i hate walking but my mom makes me
