I've had this livejournal for almost four years now, and I think it's about time to shut it down. I hardly ever post anymore, and most of my friends have also stopped posting, so it's hardly a drastic move. I love Tom but he will never, ever get it.

If anyone begins a statement by referring to "the scientists," they're about to say something utterly stupid.

I'm feeling anxious and I'm not sure why.

I should be at school right now.

The past few days have been insane. I was out of commission with the flu last week, and this week so far has been a constant rush to catch up on group projects, midterms, and the hours and hours of studying and labs that I missed out on. If I didn't have my bio lab this afternoon, I would blow off school to spend the whole day in bed with hot chocolate.

First day back to school today. Skipped my first class (Geospatial Methods) which doesn't matter too much because it was just the usual first-year course introduction. ("Don't plagarize! Read the textbook!" etc) Made it to biology, which was pretty much the same thing, but the prof seemed fun and I think I'm going to enjoy his lectures. ( Read more... )

I've been listening to the Twilight Sad all day. Their music isn't much to get excited about but I love love love love the singer's Scottish accent. Usually it's hard to hear UK accents in song, but his shines through and knocks me to my knees. I want to go to Scotland and find a lad who will speak to me like that all night long. I haven't posted much lately, but I can definitely say that my holidays were full of new experiences, food, movies, books, family and good friends.
