This week we have boys in shorts and swamp happenings

Previous Part

So first off school starts this week so Ryan and Seth are really happy about that

But I have to say I loved that Ryan is great with non-verbal conversation but Seth isn’t and even their parents’ know it. Ben is such a great actor to be able to convey so much with just a look and Adam(Seth) has some skill to be able to say so much without messing up his lines, that is awesome. But back to the show.

This year at Harbor is different for them both, Ryan it’s a whole new school and a college prep private at that. If his old school was anything like mine, or the school I just did my student teaching at, then the different is astounding. Summer reading? The only summer reading I had was give to me by my mother not the school and higher expectations most likely so Ryan has to be off balance. But it’s also different for Seth and that’s not making it easier on Ryan. Seth can’t spend all his time with Ryan since, for the first time it seems, Seth has friends at School and gets into an after school program, one of the papers at the school,

so Ryan’s one his own a bit but it gives him time to do his reading.
All of Seth’s free time is in trying to deal with two women fighting over him…without him noticing

But it’s okay Ryan finds something to do, he likely Seth as Seth points out is athletic and it seems that Ryan use to do Soccer so he joins the team, Ryan for all his loner image is very much a teach guy, he wants friends, family and he’ll do anything to protect them but he always puts ups this I want to be a loner front. But anyways goes out for the team and gets one it. But guess who’s also on the team

And looking very hot and sweaty…

Since Luke is the rival at the moment they have to be rivals on the field at least a little

And really this is just a reason for me to show shots of them in soccer kit…they look so nice…

Anyways this is also a big episode for Luke. He hasn’t really talked with Marissa since the events of Mexico happened, last time he tried he ended up being the distraction in the escape, not a lot of time to talk there so he tries at school and gets blocked by Summer and Ryan, he tried her at Jimmy’s place and Jimmy is a moment of coolness call him on his crap and tells Luke that his Daughter doesn’t want to talk to him. With a great deal of persistence Luke does manage to get some time to talk with her at school but it doesn’t go as planned. Marissa makes it clear it’s over and they both take it hard, now later both Ryan, who is watching from the hall, and Marissa say that Luke has cried but I didn’t see that, he looks heart broken and sad yes and his eyes may be getting watery but I didn’t see any crying.

But even heart broken Luke makes him self be a good guy by getting out of Ryan’s way at the fair later then Ryan almost ran into Luke to try and get to Marissa to talk about them being more

And give the looks they were all giving Luke knew what Ryan was planning but he stepped out of the way and that’s cool.

And Ryan not fond of heights

Odd for someone in construction to have that fear
