i am keeping fish for a biology project and i really despise them. you can't cuddle them, they run away from your hand if you try to -- and their scales might rip off or something nuts if you try and pet them. also, they keep on dying and i am trying so freakin hard to keep the water levels stable, not have too much algae grow, phosphates ammonia

fish are the most un-amusing, selfish, and another adjective, pets ever.
you give them all the love and they ignore you. i do not even wish to comment on it any further.
