It took about a month and 15-20 hours on the phone for Dell to diagnose that it was a hardware problem (which I had intimated from the begining). If you haven't had problems with your computer, any company will seem fine. If it's something simple to diagnose, also fine. But there's countless stories on the internet similar to mine.
