One of the big problems with people who fight Evolution (or even defend it) is that they are not very well versed in what they are talking about. Like any good science, it should be argued to death by the people who know the most about it, and not by anyone else.
Personally I can't say that I've read The Origin of Species, so I can't make that many comments on Darwin's theories per se, except what I've learned in (possibly biased) textbooks. I know enough not to argue the finer points, especially when I don't know the points of contention. Then again, I haven't read The Genesis Flood either, so I try not to battle Creationists as well.
While I give everyone's rational, semi-valid theories equal consideration, I am partial to evolution. Nothing better has come about to explain everything in a good way since. That doesn't mean nothing ever will, however.
