Here's what I let myself eat today thinking I'd be able to get a full hour workout at the gym.. it's terrible!

Lunch:
1/2 tuna sandwich: 150
black beans w/ onion and tomato: 180
Dinner: B/P
Fettucine Alfredo w/ Broccoli and Chicken.. YUM: (Purged it)
