Now that classes have ended, I have SO MUCH time to do nothing except workOUT hardcore.  Here's the plan:

Projected calorie BURNING:  Elliptical 60 mins = 500 calories, 1 hour Advanced TaeBo tape = 600-800 calories (who knows how much this really burns, everywhere I look tells me something different), Elliptical 60 mins again = 500 calories.  My ( Read more... )

you know, you burn over 1000 calories a day not exercising at all... you have to try really hard to burn less than 1200 in 12 hours

Haha, yes... From not eating enough January-September though, I know my metabolism dropped substantially. I believe from eating properly the past 3 months though that my metabolism is back up to the speed where it burns off the 1200 calories that I take in. I just wanna make sure! Ha, sometimes my body does whatever it wants... I am finally positive that I am losing weight once again, but I just want to keep on this pace since I haven't lost much since July!!! Maybe I'll go with 1 hour TOTAL of elliptical per day and Adv. TaeBo??? That'll still burn around 800-1000 :o)
