I PASSED MY THESIS DEFENSE!!!!! I defended today at 10 and passed with some minor corrections, edits. I am so happy to be so close to actually being done. Just give me the focus to get this stuff done in the next day or so, so I can move to Seattle and start the next chapter of my life.

Fuck fuck fuck fuck fuck!

I am gonna put this a couple places so if people were on the off chance thinking of coming to my thesis defense it has been postponed due to some extenuating circumstances. I am not sure when it will be (perhaps I will have to come back to Eugene in the fall and defend it then, but I will let people know.

So I finished and turned in my thesis yesterday. It was weird, I didn't feel this big relief until today when I did really nothing. I have been working on papers for over a week straight and they have been big papers and now that I got them all done I am not sure what to do with myself. Oh well. I hate having to write all these papers. It is crap, expecially since I am not in the groove to write or have the focus and concentration to do so. Why can't this term be over yet??

I finally decided what the focus of my thesis will be. It is not like it is due in about 2 weeks and my defense is at the end of week eight. Woo Hoo for procrastinating and adding an unusual amount of stress on myself just beacuse i don't really care anymore. Thus begins finals week. Overall my schedule is not bad. Kinda spread out, but that is okay as I only have one classroom final and two papers.
