So today, I had a student write "fuc you bich" on his writing paper. He's 6. Why does he even know those words?

I decided to sleep outside, under the stars, in Mexico of all places. Most people are smart enough to anticipate little creepy crawly things that bite in the night, but the thought never occured to me. I am now covered in little red bumps. As well as sunburned. And my hair hasn't been washed in a week. However, it was a very relaxing vacation.

The sign at the grocery store said it was 100 degrees (f) today. It was about 99 inside my apartment too. My laundry dried very quickly without even having to go in the dryer. I have two new twin neices. Their names are Sonoma and Sage. Yeah, total hippie names, but they are beautiful. Soooo tiny. And unfortunately far away, but I get to go see them at the end of the month.
