Conquering new challenges
So, most know who know me know that I've been working out on a regular basis with a personal trainer in Denver. This has been invaluable, I tell ya! Scared of the trainer
Okay, so I'm sorta scared to go to the gym tonight. Last night, I thought I was going to die. My appt was at 5 and the room we usually use for cardio blast was taken by an abs class until 5:30. I know I'm not young...and by young I mean... Young as in hip with the times of what teenagers and young 20-somethings are doing. But, I've run across the phrase "emo" I don't know how many times in my LJ travels and I have no idea what it means.
Does anyone else have a clue? If so - what the hell does it mean?
