Welp. I was laid off today. Still kind of processing things. I'd been back from maternity leave for less than a month, but things have been... Not Good in terms of workload. I'm really going to miss the place -- well, the people, really -- but if this means finding editing work in a different field, it could be a good thing. Of course, this means

*hug* I'm sorry to hear that. Seems like job losses are becoming a daily announcement. :( Our next door neighbor told Denny last night that the drug company he was a rep for had laid him off. He'd been with them for years... At least this will give you some extra time to enjoy your daughter! But yeah, I know, there's the *bill* thing. Even though I wasn't taking in all that much with Infant Care, it's surprising how much we miss it now that I don't have it.
