Another One!
I made this last week, and it was so good I'm making it again tonight. In fact, it just came out of the oven! Last time I used kale, but tonight I used escarole because that's what I had on hand. Beaches and Biscotti

Good Eats in Philly
anarckid and I went to Philly over the holiday weekend, and we found a couple of nice places to eat. These have been hard to find in Philadelphia, based on our past experiences. Other than a couple of decent vegetarian Chinese restaurants (think Veggie Heaven but not as good), I haven't really found restaurants I'd want to return to. Until now! And ( Read more... ) -
