The recruiting stage is finally over after 9 long months. Today I had my pre-enlistment fitness test, final medical and an appointment ceremony. Now I have to wait around 4 weeks for admin to be finalised (my personal/account/tax details entered on PMKeyS, the defence database), and then I start my part-time training. Can't

Did another 2.4 km run this evening, and I wiped over 40 seconds off my previous time to complete the run in 0:11:05.76. I have also lost nearly a whole kilo this week. I'm a very happy chappy.

Farewell Sounds Like Chicken. Your farewell Sydney show at the Attic had the best mosh-pit I was ever in. Twice the emotion, twice the yelling, twice the jumping, 100 times the sweat.

You will be sorely missed.

I don't care if you didn't NEED to win to get into the finals, I didn't go to see such lack-lustre cricket. On the other hand, the English team were on fire, for the first time in a long time.

OK, so recently I bought myself a new suit and sunnies, 2 new shirts and a new tie. So I feel like showcasing them to you.

I feel poorly at the moment.

I felt poorly during work today too. And the problem is it's all because if me.

I once thought I knew myself backwards. It seems that I am only just awakening to myself as a complex, dangerous, destructive human being.
