Over the winter holidays we ordered a new range, and it arrived about two weeks ago. The old range was original to the house when it was built, and thus was in the neighborhood of thirty-five years old. The oven kept inconsistent temperatures. It had an analog clock! Also, the stove had only one big burner, which was the bane of my existence
