Summary: Pepa and Silvia haven't known each other. This how they met for the first time.

Silvia is so worried with her father. He wouldn’t disappear just like that. He always let them know where he’s going or even just doing overtime. It’s so unusual they didn’t even hear a phone call from him.
She knows everybody’s their doing the best they can to find her father. She wanted to do something but don’t know where to start. She felt so useless. And all she could do is to wait and pray that her father is safe.

Pepa didn’t expect that the supposedly surveillance mission is going to turn into a bloody rescue mission. She had this feeling that something isn’t right. She went out of the car and surveyed the place, ignoring Carmen’s protests. Until she saw a man held captive by an armed men. They looked dangerous. She went to Carmen and asks her to call for back up and let them know the situation. And as soon as the back-ups arrived, they didn’t waste any time.
They’ve learned that the man they rescued is San Antonio Police Commissioner, Lorenzo Castro. They’ve wanted him in exchange of one of the prisoner held at the San Antonio Precinct.
She personally accompanies him home. She was exhausted. All she wanted to do after that was to go home, have shower and sleep all day. She badly needs food, sex and a vacation. In that order.
And then she saw her. She thought she already forgotten about her all this time. But how could she forget those lovely brown eyes. She does still have that effect on her.
Pepa never thought of seeing her again, but now she’s standing in front of her.
Silvia is surprised when she recognized the woman standing close to her father. Of course she remember her. How could she forget the first time they met? Things weren’t that good between them before but now is different. She’s so grateful on what she’s done for her father. And this might be a start for a great friendship between them.
