2. Spearmint gum on the breath of someone who smokes.
3. Turkey poo.
4. That herb/lettuce salad mix when it starts going bad (also works under my "purple" list).
5. Irish Spring soap.

When you are grating beets and you catch your thumb on the grater (something I do often, sadly), it is difficult to pinpoint the cut because of all the beet blood mingling with your own. Such are the trials and tribulations of beet salad.
