so, i weighed myself again (i've actually weighed myself one other time between updates, i just didn't update) last friday (Day 46) and i'm now down to 176.5 lbs. 26 pounds lost. i was so surprized when i read the scale, i moved it to a different part of the floor to make sure it was an accurate reading. so, by Day 46 i had surpassed my goal. i am
