I am falling apart. I mean, what is a new year but the turning over of a calendar, but I just have to say that 2008 feels a little jinxed. I am a mess....my Dad has been sick since December, and went into the hospital in January for some lung issues. It is official, I am moving back to Winnipeg for November 1. I think I'm crazy and it hurts like hell (not just me, but for other people as well) but it is the right thing to do. I'm excited and terrified and really unsure of everything exccept that it feels right. Have to follow the gut instinct....it hasn't led me astray yet ( Read more... )

I am going to send out resumes this week. Today, beyond all doubt, beyond all the hurt that it would cause to leave Panorama, it became evident that I am not in the right place anymore. I've decided to cast my line and see what comes back.

Here goes nothing.

Today we buried my Baba (Dad's mother). There aren't many things that I have done in my life that have been more difficult, and I didn't expect that.

Hard to believe that life moves forward even as another ends and returns to the earth.

A wise, wise woman walked here....
