Actually, it's not as good as it sounds. Other than the scones, there's about a 1/4 cup sugar in everything. I sweetened with molasses, applesauce, honey, etc. to keep the sugar down. Meh, it's edible and fits in my pocket :)

There's bound to be less sugar in the ones you make than in store bought stuff so I say well done. We could do with healthy snack here but I don't feel like baking. I've been eating dry cornflakes as a snack. Not great, but probably better than crisps.
What are chicken muffin? Is it something savoury?

I shredded them up as small as I could and put them in a bowl. I microwaved some of those frozen vegetables that are diced very small, drained them, and put them in the bowl with the chicken. Then I added an egg and mixed it all together. I packed the mixture as tight as I could into a muffin tin (not actually a tin because I use the silicone type, so you might have to butter it if you're using the traditional type)and put it in the oven for about 20 minutes. Then I started checking on them every 5 minutes or so until the mixture had shrunken into the cups a bit and was browned around the circumference. They taste alright (as far as healthy stuff goes ( ... )
