Heyyy!! :D I just love Leo and loved The Departed movie! Soooo... let´s proceed to the tuto. I hope you like it.

TUTORIAL #19

1 - Open your screencap. Fix the aspect ratio (Note: PLEASE add this tutorial to memories if you like to work with screencaps! It´s VERY VERY IMPORTANT for the icon´s quality!) >

2- Duplicate the base and set it to screen (i did it 3 times)

3 - My cap was too yellow. Let´s fix it with a color balance layer, adding Cyan/Blue

Midtones: 10 / -6 / +36
Shadows: -7 / -7 / -8
highlights: -5 / -6 / 23

Add the a new Brightness / Contrast layer. Up the contrast + 12

Add a new hue/saturation layer > Up the master saturation to +25 >>>>

Add the texture, by ewanism and set the layer to multiply opacity 100%

7 - Invert the ewanism texture (open the texture and click Control+i). Drag and drop to your icon, set the layer to screen, opcaty 100%

8 - Add this texture by sanami276 and set the layer to screen, opacity 100% (you can use this texture more than once)

9- Add a Gradient map layer (black and white)

10 - Duplicate the base and drag to the top. Set it to overlay, opacity 100%

11 - Merge all. Sharpen once.
12 - Go Edit >> Fade Sharpen >> 50%

PS1: This tutorial don´t work with all pictures! Do you have to change the opacities and settings. Play with the color balance layer basically.

PS2: I love this effect. The icon seems like a draw! what do you think??
