Happy Easter Everyone

I drove around today. It's weird being out on Easter, the roads so quiet, the stores all closed. Some places with a little bit of bustle, but others completely empty. So I just drove around watching for a few hours. Not something I normally do, especially on a holiday. Different.

it was that way where I live too. It was kind of eerie, surreal how normally busy retail areas were ghost towns.

fairgoldberry and I went out looking for bluebonnets this afternoon. Lots of places closed, but not so eery, since they were the little towns we weren't used to seeing all the time anyway. We kept out of the Austin retail centers.

Trying to find a restuarant open for dinner was a challenge.

Yeah, I ended up at an Arby's and joked with the staff there about how dead it was.
