A health update...

Just for fun I spent yesterday in consultation with various medical specialists, all to do with my diabetes, which has been causing me some grief. Originally it was only two appointments, which then turned to 3 (yesterday) and another 5 (over the next two weeks).

Hugs!!!!!

If it helps -- D is on Gila Monster goo too. Works well for him. 1/2 and 1/2 that and insulin.

I am very sorry to hear about the retinal degeneration. We've dodged that thus far but my lattice is shredding and I'll be in the line up for Cataract surgery within the next few years.

Perhaps we can all get adjoining lounge chairs!

THIS. Which is the only way to look at it, really. I never forget, for instance, that the life-threatening body-glitch that ate a year of my life almost 35 years ago would have almost certainly eaten the entirety of my life if it had happened even five years before it did.
