[She hasn't slept the past couple days, she's limited herself to MREs out of convenience, and she's been surveying hours of HI-8 footage. For the moment she's taking a break from film, in the library in civvies, at a table strewn with promising titles. She jots private notes in the journal by her side, but after a couple hours of this she actually heaves a somewhat promising sigh.]
This should come in handy, found it in Paranormal Creatures of the Universe. [She dictates the excerpt, as well as pasting a copy into the journal. Her voice is steady, if a little worn.]

The Slender Man is an alleged paranormal figure purpoted to have been in existence for centuries covering a large geographic area. Believers in the Slender Man tie his appearances in which many other legends throughout the world, including "Fear Duhbh" (or the Dark Man) in Scotland, the Dutch "Takkenmann" (Branch Man) and the German legend of "Der Großmann" or "Der Gross Mann" (the Tall Man).
So. I know I've never heard of any of these incarnations, but I wasn't really up on the paranormal and I've never set foot on the planet. Anyone else have any experience?
