Uh, I'd say more a temperature thing? Snow's just rain that got so cold it froze. Some places never see snow ever, and some have it all year. Where I'm from... not all that much snow, actually, even if it's cold enough most of the winter, so this is a treat.

Basically the sun is a big fuckin' deal on alternia. If wwe go outside wwhen it's out wwe fuckin' burn to a crisp an' die, so wwe only go out wwhen it's dark. So kinda used to the cold by noww. Plus I'm a sea dwweller so I'm used to bein' in the ocean wwhich isn't exactly the wwarmest thing evver you knoww.

Well, mix is quick and easy, but it's hard to change it up to suit your own tastes and shit.
