Billy the Black-hearted!
Billy is awesome as an evil genius, but even more awesome as an evil pirate.
It has been mod approved that he can smash windows and generally pillage 3-5 shops in the city...and that's what he's going to do! Swinging his sword and cackling, Billy the Blackhearted is going on a pillaging party!
Anyone want to volunteer their shop as a target? Anyone want to join him, or try to cross his path?
He'll be mostly breaking windows and other gratifyingly-breakable objects, and stealing whatever shinies he can fit into the treasure sack slung over his shoulder, plus whatever cohorts that join him can carry. He'll also be looking for a pub to crash for a pirate-style party afterward!
