Well - we still don't know exactly what's wrong with Holmes. He had bloodwork done today and all came back normal. Vet thinks he's having a major allergic reaction to *something*. So now we have a third medication - it's a liquid to help with his nausea, but as soon as I gave it to Holmes, he threw up - in my car - on the way to the store. Go ( Read more... )

For over 4 years I have lived next door to a pit bull. His name is Sampson and he's quite a site to see. But I know he likes me - and he and Holmes are friends thru the fence. Yes, I'm out of rehab - something I'm not very proud of. Yes, I *am* proud of the fact that I was able to get myself together all on my own, without help from anyone, or anything, except for a ride to Pathways in Marysville compliments of my friend Heidi. So one can go out and buy 24 bottles of water for less than $6. But Mark will come home from work and fill up his empty water bottles with tap water and put them back in the fridge. Why???
