- CUPS, CUPS , CUPS! Lots of them.
Tried out the atomizer on a few, using Temmoku black glaze, which is supposed to be black where thick, red where thin (EXCITING). Also used Shino Red and some sort of green/yellow that I have idea about. Went into the Soda Kiln.

I pulled Deer Flood out of the Dougherty Arts show, as advised by my teacher, Karen. :( It was drying too fast due to our crash-drying it in attempt to get it fired on time for set-up date, and some surface cracks were beginning to appear. Sooo, i will let it dry naturally to give it a better chance of surviving. Too bad! Karen is an excellent ( Read more... ) -

Initially, I was a bit unenthusiastic about our final project for Metals, the requirement being a figural human bust out of sheets & rods. Last night, however, I figured out a way to have fun with this. I made a silly portrait of my dad this christmas as represented by what he eats.
