We're back! Alhamdulillah, we arrived safely, which surprised me just a tiny bit because the flight from Hong Kong to San Francisco was pretty freaking turbulent. It's hard to describe in print, but for at least 30 minutes I was pretty convinced that I was about to die, wa la hawla wa la quwatta illa billah
