This is going to be my year.

What I mean is this....I am going to make 2011 the BEST, most rewarding, and the most growth-drenched year of my 30's....I've been given a new lease on life, and I intend to go all the way with it.

I've been busy working, fixing up the house, looking for another job since the one I now work at is driving me batshit crazy, and I need to be out of a place that does that...so yeah, on the hunt and Miss Beth is going to stake her claim!
