[There is a loud splashing sound, some shuffling and squelching, and then a very disgruntled 'che,' followed by more shuffling and squelching. Above the somewhat muffled noises, a cross voice can be heard.]

[Have a video. Motochika looks on calmly, and in the background is the bustle of the shops and stalls by the plaza. He speaks bluntly.]

Welcome to Vatheon. You are its latest captive. You share your situation with most of those who use this device to communicate. We were all swept under, torn from our original worlds and times. You cannot return home.

There are few answers in our grasp, but I shall inform you of all that we do know.

First of all... housing, clothing, food and all amenities are free to you. You may simply take what you wish.

I suggest that you start by finding a towel, and a clean set of clothes. I can bring a towel to you, if you require a few moments to adjust.

There is much that you will need to hear. Try not to be alarmed.

[There is a confused bunch of shuffles and clicks and then Martin's face comes into view, really really really close. he looks more excited than apprehensive. He start yelling into the camera.]

HEY?! THERE ARE OTHER PEOPLE HERE?! AWESOME! er...wait....where did you say we are?

[His expression turns from excited to annoyed.]

Why can't we go home? What is this place? Are we still on Earth, or is this like, an alien spaceship or something?

[He gives his surroundings a cursory glance, muttering under his breath, though it is still audible.]

Don't tell me I've ended up in another alternate dimension! [He sighs] At least there aren't any demons trying to eat me here...yet.

[He runs a hand through his hair, making a face at the damp dirtiness of it. He looks back down at the SFC, his face a little bit sheepish.]

Uh...a towel would be nice right now...and some answers. But, you know, mostly a towel...

[He looks slightly puzzled but the alien spaceship remark -- he has no concept or either -- but leaves it be for now. And listens to the muttering.]

Demons? Not human?! This is so cool! Although, how is that not worth concern?! Don't they like, attack you or put you under evil spells or something?

'Not on Earth,' you say? So we're like, on another planet? Have we been abducted by aliens? [He looks extremely hopeful about that] Paranormal monthly said something about the government picking up an alien spacecraft that seemed to be built for underwater transportation off the Gulf of Mexico. Maybe this is their home planet! Or something very similar.
