Missed last week, oops! Busy here, preoccupied but doing well - and if I'm lucky, I'll be a registered student tomorrow!

  1. Are you currently collecting any authors? Why? Not in truth, but the closest I'm coming to are reading Dorothy Sayers and Patrick O'Brian. Although, it may be more ( Read more... )

there are some non-A/M O'Brian books I have on my list
I loved The Unknown Shore. Even though not A/M by name,it reads much like younger versions of the captain and his doctor. I hope to read "The Catalans" during a week off in March.

A high compliment indeed :) elwe has Hussien, so I'll undoubtedly read that. I have read Testimonies and The Unknown Shore over the past summer.

Hi Parelle, I hope that it is okay that I friended you. I loved the Booked By Memes too. I have most of Sayers books, but they're a ragtag bunch of used paperbacks and then several of the larger books. I wish I could get a nicer set.

Of course! I too am looking for a nice set of Sayers - I really wish they'd release them as a match set of tradepaper backs, at the least!
